shipping + returns

  • shipping

    every order is fulfilled within 5-7 business days. please wait up to 7 business days after placing your order to reach out if you have not yet received an email including your tracking.

    be sure to triple check your address before placing your order. if you entered the incorrect address, you must reach out via our contact form within the first 48 hours to make necessary changes. if you do not correct your information within the 48 hour window, we are not responsible and your order will not be refunded/replaced.

    if your order is returned or refused due to an insufficient address, you are responsible for the reshipment expense.

    once your order has been shipped, it is out of our control. if your package is stolen or lost in transit, you must open a claim with the carrier.

  • return policy

    due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

    damaged/defective items

    in the event that an item was damaged in transit, you may reach out via our contact form within 48 hours of receipt for a replacement.

    in the event that packaging is defective, you may reach out within 30 days of purchasing for a replacement.

    cancellations

    if your order has not already been fulfilled, you are welcome to reach out within 24 hours of placing your order via our contact form to cancel your order and you will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • local pickup

    local pickup is available if desired. afterpay is not supported for local pickups.

    you are responsible for reaching out via our contact form to coordinate pickup orders. when reaching out, please include the first and last name on the order as well as the order number.

    please do not send a message through instagram regarding pickup orders as they are not guaranteed to be seen in a timely manner.

    pickup address will be provided once a day/time has been settled on.

  • international orders

    if ordering internationally, please allow 10-15 business days to receive your order once fulfilled.

    your order may be subject to import taxes, duties or fees when it reaches your country. due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, these taxes are not included in the international shipping fee. all fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer.

    if your order is refused/undelivered due to an insufficient address, you are responsible for the original shipping expense and reshipment expense. orders will not be refunded due to unwanted additional fees.
